Product Description

I am very much delighted to present a book on "Speak Amharic Language That Goes to The Heart of Ethiopian". This book has got a unique feature that can enhance you to acquire the language in a structured and systematic manner with understandable grammatical terms. This would serve as a self-study guide to enrich spoken Amharic skills.

Self interest propelled me to embark this endeavor. I hope it will not go in vain in facilitating the self learning aspirations of non Amharic people who wish to develop Amharic conversation skills.

This book functions as bilingual guide since it is not only helpful to foreigners learn Amharic but implicitly the Ethiopians as well,to brush of their communicative skills in English.

In the process of writing this book, the author, has gone through several literature available on spoken Amharic and through in depth discussions with Amharic instructors at the school and university levels, elders and leaders in the local community to make the book highly qualitative.

About the Book
This is an authentic and comprehensive book on Spoken Amharic for the benefit of foreigners and non Amharic Ethiopians. Though this book is the product of extensive work, learning Spoken Amharic is made effortless. It will help you to communicate and integrate with the local community and it will also give you a better understanding of their cultural practices.

A basic ability in a foreign language will help you to 'get by', i.e. to order food and drink, find your way around, buy tickets, etc. If you have a more advanced knowledge of the language, you can have real conversations with the people you meet, which can be very interesting and will add a new dimension to your holiday.
